• 1:58 a.m. Monday - Robert P. Miller, 54, of 2758 S. County Farm Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction, intimidation and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $15,500.

• 12:13 p.m. Monday - Michael Bradford, 58, of 4853 W. CR 400N, Warsaw, arrested for false informing. Bond: $500.

• 1:15 p.m. Monday - Susan K. Wert, 58, Macy, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 4:26 p.m. Monday - Robert G. Wyatt, 28, of 603 E. Clark St., #1, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 6:48 p.m. Monday - Sebastian M. Harp, 19, of 27 Pequignot Drive, Pierceton, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $600.

• 9:03 p.m. Monday - Eden R. Pruitt, 19, of 4625 N. CR 100E, Warsaw, arrested for a minor in possession of alcohol. Bond: $400.

• 7:48 p.m. Monday - East U.S. 30, 2,000 feet east of East CR 250S, Pierceton. SUV left roadway, rolled. Driver: Andrew J. West, 32, North CR 850W, Pierceton. Injury: A passenger in West’s vehicle, Heather L. Senders, 28, North CR 850W, Pierceton, was taken by ambulance to Parkview Hospital, Warsaw, for complaint of back pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:55 p.m. Monday - 3925 Corridor Drive, Warsaw. Pickup hit unoccupied SUV registered to Brock A. Piper-Vermillion, Argos. Driver: Francis M. Means, 76, East CR 650N, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:14 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Parker and East Center streets, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Jamie E. Pearson-Bickel, 58, North Ind. 13, Pierceton; Mike C. Obioma, 59, Fort Wayne. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 9:02 p.m. Monday - East Epworth Forest Road, 35 feet south of East Sumac Lane, North Webster. Car hit deer. Driver: Amber M. Alfano, 27, North Fifth Trail, North Webster. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 2:33 p.m. Monday - A man reported automobile parts were stolen in the 100 block of South Main Street, Claypool. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 3:05 p.m. Monday - A debit card was reported found in the 3700 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:41 p.m. Monday - A warrant was served in the 600 block of East Clark Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:55 p.m. Monday - A hit and run was reported in the 3900 block of Corridor Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:19 p.m. Monday - Police initiated a traffic stop in the 600 block of East Arthur Street, Warsaw, for the operator driving while suspended with a prior suspension. WPD.

• 5:43 p.m. Monday - Police requested a warrant for the arrest of a driver in the 7800 block of South Ind. 15, Claypool, for reckless driving. CPD.

• 7:38 p.m. Monday - A family fight was reported in the 5100 block of Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
