for misdemeanor failure to
appear, two felony failure to
appear charges, check deception
and on a warrant in a civil
matter. Bond: $16,039.
• 1:30 p.m. Monday – Sean M.
Jayne, 30, of 305 E. Main St.,
Silver Lake, arrested for three
misdemeanor failure to appear
charges. Bond: $1,460.50.
• 8:50 p.m. Monday – Andrew
M. Shoemaker, 33, of 6578 N.
First Trail, North Webster,
arrested for felony battery
causing moderate bodily injury.

• 10:31 p.m. Monday – Thomas
M. Jessup, 49, Goshen, arrested
for operating a vehicle while
intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 12:03 a.m. Tuesday – Lance

Street, Warsaw. Car hit deer.

Department investigated.

reported her windshield was
broken in the 600 block of
South Buffalo Street, Warsaw.

• 7:56 a.m. Monday – An
employee of Kosciusko REMC
reported a hit and run after a
utility pole was found damaged
in the 5900 block of South CR
525E, Pierceton. KCSO.
• 8:06 a.m. Monday – A traffic
stop in the 800 block of East
Winona Avenue, Warsaw, resulted
in the driver being cited for
driving while suspended with a
prior suspension. WPD.
• 11:07 a.m. Monday – A
woman reported home
improvement fraud in the 100
block of EMS B43 Lane,
Leesburg. Value: $6,300. KCSO.
• 10:21 p.m. Monday – An individual
was arrested in the 3700
block of Lake City Highway,
Warsaw, for operating a vehicle
while intoxicated. WPD.
