• 1:31 p.m. Wednesday - Jeremy J. Neibert, 31, of 5005 W. Island Lane, Warsaw, arrested for bond revocation. No bond set.
• 1:33 p.m. Wednesday - Samantha L. Gentry, 20, Walkerton, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 4:52 p.m. Wednesday - Haley D. Fountain, 27, of 944 E. Garfield St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear, misdemeanor probation violation and felony failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 6:09 p.m. Wednesday - Lucina M. Clark, 40, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #119, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.
• 6:34 p.m. Wednesday - Amanda L. Boone, 25, of 1310 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 6:46 p.m. Wednesday - Aimee E. Farmer, 46, of 1705 Crescent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for neglect of a dependant and domestic battery in the presence of a child younger than 16 years old. Bond: $250.
• 9:51 p.m. Wednesday - Mandi L. Stansbery, 38, Eldina, Ohio, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:58 a.m. Thursday - Travis L. Fullington, 32, Bristol, arrested for resisting law enforcement. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:48 a.m. Thursday - Dominique D. Richardson, 29, of 620 N. Zimmer Road, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 8:02 a.m. Thursday - West Crystal Lake Road, 200 feet west of North Brown Lane, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Sheryl L. Rapp, 44, South County Farm Road, Claypool. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 8:16 a.m. Thursday - North CR 300E, 10 feet north of East CR 700N, Leesburg. Two-car collision. Drivers: Larissa R. Phillips, 33, North Dovewood Trail, Warsaw; Marie R. Moore, 29, Vincennes. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 12:17 a.m. Thursday - A woman reported bicycles were stolen in the 300 block of West Smith Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:50 a.m. Thursday - A man reported his vehicle was stolen in the 1000 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
