• 12:16 p.m. Wednesday - Ernest J. Nelson, 30, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 12:17 p.m. Wednesday - David A. Hein III, 21, of 657 E. CR 300S, apt. B, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation and contempt. Bond: $1,100.
• 2:32 p.m. Wednesday - Zachery L. Enyeart, 27, homeless, arrested for possession of a synthetic drug. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:56 a.m. Thursday - Jared R. Carlson, 36, of 111 W. Section St., Milford, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $700.

• 7:11 p.m. Wednesday - East CR 500N, 100 feet east of North CR 750E, North Webster. Van hit deer. Driver: Kimberly K. Boren, 56, North Harrison Street, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 8:17 p.m. Wednesday - East U.S. 30, 1,000 feet west of South Ind. 13, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Nancy A. Church, 87, South Ind. 13, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
Incidents
• 4:14 p.m. Wednesday - Fraud was reported in the 2300 block of Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 4:26 p.m. Wednesday - A suicidal person was reported in the 600 block of Oldfather Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:42 a.m. Thursday - A driver was arrested in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. WPD.
• 7:22 a.m. Thursday - A death investigation was opened in the 6100 block of North CR 950E, North Webster. KCSO.
