• 12:18 p.m. Monday - Kimberly D. Balandzich, 51, South Bend, arrested for shoplifting. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:29 p.m. Monday - Ja Mesha Brantley-Randolph, 45, South Bend, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:11 p.m. Monday - Alex Lee Wayne Baker, 18, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 1:38 p.m. Monday - Joshua B. Puckett, 37, of 8556 S. Yellow View Lane, Claypool, arrested for misdemeanor and felony failure to appear and theft. Bond: $600.
• 2:53 p.m. Monday - Maddux J. Haan, 25, of 1813 E. Walnut St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:57 p.m. Monday - Daniel Gonzalez, 23, Goshen, arrested for failure to comply. No bond set.
• 3:13 p.m. Monday - Jose Moyotl Jr., 18, of 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license and on a warrant. Bond: $500.
• 6:10 p.m. Monday - Riley J. Myers, 24, of 32 N. Lakeside Drive, North Manchester, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 6:27 p.m. Monday - James C. Shuster II, 28, of 824 E. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and possession of paraphernalia with a prior conviction. Bond: $5,250.
• 7:24 p.m. Monday - Haleigh R. Johnson, 28, of 1521 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.
• 3:14 a.m. Tuesday - Travis L. Vanover, 45, of 602 W. Section St., Milford, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and dealing paraphernalia. Bond: $450.

• 5:49 p.m. Monday - South County Farm Road, 2 feet north of East CR 400S, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Jackie D. Bowman, 50, Wabash; Ryan N. Hale, 25, West Pike Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Bowman was taken by ambulance to a local hospital for complaint of neck pain; Hale was taken by ambulance to a local hospital for complaint of head pain; a passenger in Bowman’s vehicle, Dylan R. Lawson, 25, Wabash, was taken by ambulance to a local hospital for minor bleeding to the face. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

Incidents
• 5:20 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested in the 600 block of Wooster Road, Winona Lake, for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and possession of paraphernalia. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
• 7:53 p.m. Monday - A demented person was reported in the 3300 block of Old Colony Road, Warsaw. WPD.
