• 9:14 a.m. Thursday – Zachery Scott Eyer, 30, of 365 N. CR 850W, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $600.
• 11:29 a.m. Thursday – Aaron Juston Tackett, 26, Elkhart, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $766.
• 12:50 p.m Thursday – Adam Wayne Sellers, 37, of 7576 W. Person Road, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child. Bond: $6,000.
• 4:19 p.m. Thursday – Ashley Dawn Pruitt, 24, of 609 E. Market St., Nappanee, arrested for failure to appear and failure to pay. No bond set.
• 6:47 p.m. Thursday – Michelle Annie Poe, 31, of 364 S. CR 350S, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 7:10 p.m. Thursday – Jered Cain Yeazel, 32, of 208 N. Poplar St., Silver Lake, arrested for driving while suspended and false informing. Bond: $600.
• 8:12 p.m. Thursday – Raymond Jay Halsey, 27, of 9285 Ind.13, Syracuse, arrested for false informing. Bond: $600.
• 8:20 p.m. Thursday – Joshua Allen Miller, 28, of 920 Anchorage Road, #43, Warsaw, arrested for dealing meth, driving while suspended, possession of meth and on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $16,315.
• 8:52 p.m. Thursday – Ruby Ann Staab, 37, of 6260 E. CR 400S, Pierceton, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:23 p.m. Thursday – Michael Foster Richardson, 31, of 3429 W. CR100S, #26, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth and possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $10,250.
Property Damage Accidents
• 4:56 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and CR 900N, Milford. Vehicle hit utility pole. Driver: Miguel Melendres Munoz, 19, Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 12:51 p.m. Thursday – 109 E. Main St., Warsaw. Fire truck hit parked vehicle registered to Joseph Fretz, Main Street, Warsaw. Driver: Brian Zehring, 38, Armstrong Road, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:53 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of West South Street and Ind. 13, North Webster. Car hit parked vehicle registered to Charles Erwin, East Main Street, Warsaw. Driver: Dallas Smith, 61, EMS B43 Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. North Webster Police Department. investigated.
