• 1:47 p.m. Tuesday - Matthew D. Robinson, 32, Parker City, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:58 p.m. Tuesday - Kaycee K. Keirstead, 29, Marion, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:44 p.m. Tuesday - Tyler D. Owens, 34, of 1010 E. Center St., #1, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 3:10 p.m. Tuesday - Brett A. Niccum, 25, of 202 S. High St., North Manchester, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 5:10 p.m. Tuesday - Rachelle D. Dickey, 29, of 1 EMS B37 Lane, #1, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:19 p.m. Tuesday - West Center Street, 50 feet east of South Lake Street, Warsaw. SUV hit parked pickup registered to John W. Florentine, South CR 325E, Warsaw. Driver: Christopher J. Hale, 47, West Lakeview Park Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
