The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 6:27 p.m. Sunday - Angel C. Carpenter, 38, of 211 Eisenhower Parkway, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and on a warrant. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:10 p.m. Sunday - Morgan R. Hepler, 26, of 111 W. Section St., #6, Milford, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:33 p.m. Sunday - Donald C. Nelson, 39, of 906 S. CR 900E, Akron, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, false identity statement and burglary. Bond: $12,250.

• 9:14 p.m. Sunday - Nicole K. Davis, 30, of 125 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.

• 12:10 a.m. Monday - Leslie A. Patrick, 40, of 4484 E. CR 1300N, Syracuse, arrested for four felony failure to appear charges and one misdemeanor failure to appear charge. Bond: $10,250.

• 1:03 a.m. Monday - Mindy S. Yeazel, 43, of 116 N. CR 300E, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a fraudulent sales document. Bond: $450.

• 5:43 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of North Parker Street and Husky Trail, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Driver of the SUV fled and is unknown; driver remaining: Diane M. Bauder, 65, Kelly Street, Winona Lake. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:50 p.m. Sunday - West Ind. 14, 30 feet east of South County Farm Road, Warsaw. Van hit deer. Driver: John J. Stanton, 53, Rochester. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 5:39 a.m. Monday - South Ind. 25, 150 feet south of South CR 600W, Burket. Car left roadway. Driver: Brian A. Funk, 36, Rochester. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 5:06 a.m. Sunday - A suicide attempt was reported in the 2700 block of South Country Club Road, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 9:30 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested in the 2400 block of West CR 250S, Warsaw, for intimidation. KCSO.

• 11:59 a.m. Sunday - A storage unit in the 7500 block of West Old 30, Warsaw, was reported broken into. KCSO.

• 1:11 p.m. Sunday - Police requested a warrant for the arrest of a person in the 6500 block of West CR 100S, Warsaw, after intimidation was reported. KCSO.

• 4:54 p.m. Sunday - Property was reported found in the 7700 block of East CR 850N, Syracuse. KCSO.

• 5:59 p.m. Sunday - A man reported his boat and trailer were stolen in the 1900 block of North CR 850E, Pierceton. KCSO.

• 7:15 p.m. Sunday - A traffic stop in the 100 block of Park Avenue, Winona Lake, resulted in the driver being arrested for operating a motor vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator. WPD.

• 7:20 p.m. Sunday - A warrant was served in the 200 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:02 p.m. Sunday - Domestic battery was reported in the 100 block of Rattington Circle, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:54 p.m. Sunday - Two women reported money was taken from both of their vehicles in the 1100 block of East Lake View Avenue, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 11:50 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, for switching a UPC tag on a sweatshirt. WPD.

• 4:29 a.m. Monday - A traffic stop in the 1000 block of South CR 325E, Pierceton, resulted in the driver being cited for operating a vehicle without financial responsibility with a prior. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
