• 2:44 a.m. Wednesday - Jennica Ann Hursey, 33, of 1904 N. Brook Blvd., Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:48 a.m. Wednesday - Robert Shue Fetters, 34, of 23 EMS T26 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 4:52 p.m. Tuesday - North Lake Street, 100 feet east of West Perry Street, Warsaw. SUV hit sign. Driver: Gayle T. Dickey, 74, Robin Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 12:03 a.m. Wednesday - CR 150W, 40 feet south of Executive Drive, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Karen L. Smith, 78, Red Squirrel Court, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
