PLYMOUTH – Led by sophomore Kaylee Patton, the Warsaw Lady Tigers outlasted Northern?Lakes Conference rival Plymouth 68-60 in triple overtime Wednesday.
Patton led all scorers with a career-high 26 points, as she made 4 of 6 attempts from the field, including 3 of 4 from three-point range, and 15 of 16 free throw attempts. She also tallied five rebounds and five assists.
Junior Maddie Ryman finished with 14 points and six assists in the win, while classmate Kacy Bragg chipped in with 12 points and five boards. Sophomore Brielle Harrison led Warsaw in rebounds with nine.
Halle Reichard and Alli Andrews scored 18 points each for Plymouth, while Cece Robinson chipped in with 12 points.
With the win, Warsaw improved to 11-5 overall and 2-0 in the NLC. The Lady Tigers are among three teams still undefeated in league play, joining Northridge (3-0) and NorthWood (3-0).
The game featured 13 lead changes and 12 ties.
The teams were knotted at 47 after regulation and the first overtime, and then tied at 57 after the second overtime.
In the JV game, Plymouth pulled out a 27-23 win.
Kendall Wayne led the JV Lady Tigers with 11 points.
Warsaw is in action Saturday when it hosts Northridge.

SWIMMING
In their last home meet before the sectional, Warsaw’s boys and girls swimming teams notched wins over Rochester, Huntington North and Tippecanoe Valley Wednesday evening.
The Lady Tigers won six events, including the 200 medley relay and 200 freestyle relay, en route to scoring 201 points.
Rochester won six events and finished second in the girls meet with 180 points, followed by Huntington North (101) and Tippecanoe Valley (63).
Individual winners for the Lady Tigers included Olivia Herman (50 free), Taylor Gunter (100 free), Laurel Moeller (500 free) and Delaney Wihebrink (100 breaststroke).
In the boys competition, Warsaw won seven of the 12 events, including all three relays, en route to 205 points.
Rochester was second with 144 points, followed by Tippecanoe Valley (121) and Huntington North (48).
Individual winners for Warsaw’s boys team included Evan Borchers (200 free, 100 fly) and Grant Knight (200 IM, 100 breaststroke).
Valley’s Chase Brower won both the 50 free and 100 free, while teammate Zach Hodge won the diving competition.
Warsaw is in the pool again Saturday at NLC rival Concord, while Valley hosts TRC foe Rochester Tuesday.
