Political Game

Editor, Times-Union:

I see the political game is heating up especially among the Republicrats. Gee! Somebody outed Souder from among his challengers.

That's not a very family values way to act among good buddies. I see the predators will gather around the watering hole on Saturday to pick the one who can lie the best. Oh, pardon me it's not lying its simply reformulating the truth.

This is the danger of a one-party system. Once the Republicrat gets in he figures at least two or three terms if he doesn't mess up on family values or get caught at Hooters.

As an Independent, my caucuses are simple. I look in the mirror and say, "Tommy! This political thing is really screwed up. You have got big oil getting away with murder! Big mining getting away with murder! Big banking getting away with murder! You have no borders around this country and no quality control about who comes in. I wonder if they will talk about these things at the caucus?"

Every morning when I shave I think about all these problems and the more I think about it the more furious I get. It makes you want to grab one of these Republicrats or one of these Democrazies and shake them like a rag doll and remind them that country's going down hill like a snowball headed for hell.
