I would like to pass along for Warsaw City Council consideration an alternative suggestion for the acreage north of Patterson Road, and north and east of Husky Trail.
Hold the acreage for future expansion of the KCH Medical Campus either directly, or indirectly through relocation of existing private businesses/offices located north of DuBois and West of U.S. 30.
Locate the proposed Menards store and outlots: (1) on 15, north of U.S. 30, (2) south of Anchorage Road and west of U.S. 30, or (3) east on U.S. 30.
