It's not enough to say you're patriotic to prove you're a patriot. You are judged by your actions. Millions of Americans prove to me every day that they are un-American by their actions against America.
In Washington, Democrats appear to be the least American of those who claim to be patriotic. They think mainly about what they want and not what is good for America. The fight over the retention of Obamacare or its abolition affects most Americans. Millions of Americans are burdened with higher medical expenses due to the high deductible payments and high insurance costs. With insurance companies not willing to participate in the national health care system, the Democrats are forcing people to choose between health care coverage which could destroy them economically, which is slow-motion death, or rapid death. Obama said he wanted single-payer health care. But he knew it couldn't be obtained rapidly. The people had to demand it even though it would mean the government would determine what type of health care you needed and when. Millions will die due to the long waits for proper care and there will be fewer doctors in the system since the government will limit what they can make.
In 1775 we started our revolution over higher taxation and gun control. The British soldiers that marched against the patriots in Lexington and Concord wanted to disarm Americans like they had in Boston. Before the first shots were fired in the war, most people considered themselves British citizens. But before the smoke cleared, former British citizens proved that they were Americans.
Democrats want higher taxes and gun control just like our oppressors wanted in 1775. They probably would have complained about the Boston Tea Party because it didn't make sense to dump so much tea into the harbor because of a penny tax. They would have opposed fighting against the most powerful military in the world just like they opposed us fighting against the Soviet Union a generation ago when they thought Russia was more powerful than it really was.
The Afghan War, which I knew the United Nations couldn't prevent, showed the world Russian might was fake information.
Democrats want to allow people who hate America to come here supposedly out of compassion. We've seen examples of "Islamic kindness" coming from those committed to the caliphate. They want to destroy America and probably hope North Korea can destroy us with an electromagnetic pulse that will destroy life as we know it whan our power grid is destroyed.
At times we should question the actions of the government. But only if those actions hurt America and its existence.
