GOSHEN - Patrick Scott Lung Jr., 22, of Warsaw, and formerly of New Paris, died of cystic fibrosis at 7:50 p.m. April 14, 2007, in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, South Bend.
He was born Nov. 24, 1984, in Goshen, to Patrick Scott Sr. and Debra Swinehart Lung.
He attended Fairfield High School.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Andrew (Monica Lynne) Seaver, Goshen; his father, Patrick Scott Lung Sr., Goshen; his mother, Debra Bailey, Warsaw; grandparents, Don and Shirley Swinehart, Columbia City, and Vannie Swinehart, Warsaw; and great-grandparents, Dorothy Swinehart, New Paris, and Tilda Stidams, North Webster.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, Goshen, with the Rev. Harlan Steffen officiating. Burial will be in New Paris Cemetery.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
