Patricia J. Reitz-Collins, 85, died Oct. 12, 2025, in Warsaw.
She was born March 10, 1940, in Elkhart, to Henry and Mable Kegley Willey.
A Life Celebration® visitation will be Wednesday, Oct. 15 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Syracuse. The funeral will follow the visitation at 2 p.m. Pastor Jason Rohde will officiate. Burial will take place at Union Cemetery, Syracuse.
Titus Funeral Home has been entrusted with care of Patricia.
