FORT WAYNE – Parkview Health has been named to the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care list, making its first appearance in the annual ranking produced by Fortune in cooperation with Great Place To Work.
Parkview ranked No. 50 out of the 50 large employers – those with more than 1,000 employees – recognized by Fortune, and was the only Indiana hospital system to make the list.
“At Parkview, we’re continually working to build one of the nation’s best workplaces for our more than 20,000 co-workers,” said Dena Jacquay, chief administrative officer, Parkview Health. “By soliciting feedback from our co-workers and acting on it, we’ve created a culture that supports them in both their professional and personal lives. As we welcome new hospitals into Parkview and grow into new communities, we’re proud to provide one of the best working environments in the nation.”
The Best Workplaces in Health Care award is based on analysis of survey responses from nearly 222,000 employees at Great Place To Work Certified companies in the health care industry. Parkview was first certified as a Great Place to Work in 2025 and was recently recertified, as announced earlier this month.
