The Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department has completed the first draft of its 2017-2021 master plan. The five-year master plan has been developed to guide decisions about park improvements for the next five years and to remain eligible for grant opportunities, according to a news release from the department. “It illustrates the continuing effort of the park board to provide a well-balanced system of parks and recreation opportunities for all residents,” the release states. Copies of the draft are available for review at the Parks Department front desk and the City Hall Sewage Payment Counter. The department and board welcomes ideas, comments and suggestions.
