Pamela E. Hoffman, 58, of Warsaw, died at 11:43 a.m. June 23, 2009, in her residence.
She was born Aug. 5, 1950, in Chicago, Ill., to Frank and Dorothy Halliburtin Jermano, who survive in Mishawaka. On March 17, 1991, in Richmond, Va., she married John Hoffman, who survives.
Moving to Warsaw from South Bend 18 years ago, she was a hostess at Richard's Restaurant for several years and attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw. She was a U.S. Army veteran.
Also surviving are two sons, Jonathon Smith, Michigan City, and Matthew Smith, Florida; a sister, Angie Taylor, South Bend; a stepson, Eric Hoffman, Trenton, N.J.; two stepdaughters, Jennifer Hoffman, Norristown, N.J., and Rebecca (and spouse Mike) Samonski, Trenton. She was preceded in death by a sister, Jodie Geldner.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw.
