She was born Dec. 22, 1929, in Goshen, to Ray and Ruby D. Olinghouse Price. She was married on Nov. 21, 1951, in Ligonier, to Kenton D. Miller, who preceded her on Sept. 24, 2009.
She is survived by a daughter, Kenda Miller, Cromwell; a son, Randy Miller, Cromwell; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19, at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, at Cromwell United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Sparta Cemetery.
