SYRACUSE – Nong Y. Fulk, 64, Syracuse, passed away at 12:30 a.m. July 22, 2015, in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka.
She was born Jan. 6, 1951, in Bangkok, Thailand, to Bill and Norm Toopwong.
She attended public school in Thailand and moved to the United States 44 years ago from Thailand, where she lived most of those years in Syracuse and Florida. She was a factory worker and worked at a rubber company in Ligonier.
Surviving are two daughters, Angela Steinbacher, Fort Wayne, and Sheila (and spouse Todd) Clark, Syracuse; a son, John David (and spouse Crissy) Steinbacher, Fort Wayne; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She had 12 siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Monday at Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse, with Pastor Harlan Steffen officiating. Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. Ind. 15, Warsaw, IN.
