Who knew that big tough football players would act like mamby-pamby wusses. Oh, such poor impoverished victims they are. They could use their success to inspire young people to realize their potential in our country. Instead, they damn the country that put them there. It is asinine, like those who wanted to ban signs saying Merry Christmas and all the rest.
If you don’t want to stand up for the national anthem, fine! Don’t stand up. Who cares. If you kneel, say a prayer, maybe. You’re going to need it.
This disrespect goes both ways. Do you want respect??Then stop acting like cheap, unsportsmanlike, ill-bred, low-class upstarts.
Some profess shock and outrage because of President Trump’s use of a mild expletive but seem to have no problem with the gross filth of rap lyrics. So, once again, it’s “g** d*** America” as proclaimed by the great Rev. Wright.
