I don’t understand Dr. Magiera’s position. Like everybody else, his guiding light is the Constitution.
Every bill or law has only three ways to vote - yes, no or abstain.
Will Dr. Magiera vote party lines, vote with opposition or withhold his vote? Do we really need a neophyte in Congress today?
