Editor, Times-Union: We are hearing words like partnership, diversification, community, appearance, and new medical complex with the building of the new Warsaw YMCA and the coming of Parkview Health. Impressive! One would think Parkview to be a hero, the savior of our town, because of what it looks like they are doing. I admit the new YMCA is impressive. It is a very nice facility; however, I’m not sure we are seeing the real picture here. I am also hearing lots of comments stating differently. If I am incorrect in stating that the orthopedic companies gave way more to the project than Parkview Health did and yet, Parkview got their name on it. I will stand corrected! If this is so, it should have been named the “Orthopedic YMCA of Warsaw!” This is the orthopedic capital of the world. It would seem fairer to me if this were so. Why would we do any different?
