I have known Chad Miner since he attended middle school in Pierceton. I enjoy following the progress of “my” kids as they grow up and become adult members of a community.
I was not surprised when Chad returned to this area and became a contributing member of our Kosciusko community. It is always gratifying to see one of my Whitko kids exhibit qualities of integrity, leadership, community spirit and common sense.
