I am writing in support of Chad Miner for judge of Superior Court 3.
Chad Miner is logical, dispassionate, analytical, calm and patient. These are great attributes for a judge.
Superior Court 3 includes: Small Claims where many people do not have an attorney, all traffic-related felonies and other felonies.
To deal with the types of cases in that court, the best decisions need someone like Chad Miner, who is logical, dispassionate and analytical.
In addition, Chad Miner will treat everyone, regardless of their education or status, with calm patience.
As I watched the 2014 race for Superior Court 1, I voted for Judge Cates. But I felt strongly at that time and ever since that Chad Miner would make a great judge. That time is now.
