Mayor Joe Thallemer visited Jefferson Elementary School Friday. Thallemer shared with the third-grade students about the importance of community and explained his role in the Warsaw community. Students had a chance to ask him questions about his role in the community. Thallemer described the different departments in local government and explained how he works with them to impact the community. He challenged the students to have an impact on their own communities.
