Maxine E. Scott, 93, of Warsaw, died at 4:25 a.m. April 11, 2009, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
She was born Feb. 5, 1916, in Elkhart, to Arthur and Bertha Mock Ulery. In 1935, in LaGrange, she married Charles W. Scott, who preceded her in death.
Moving to Warsaw from Wilmot, she was a homemaker and a member of North Webster Church of God and Warsaw Church of God.
Surviving are a daughter, Dixie L. (and spouse David) Hoffer, Warsaw; a grandson, Scott E. (and spouse Melanie) Mickley, Kimmel; a granddaughter, Vikki (and spouse Sam) Shaw, Leesburg; and a great-granddaughter, Jessie Bokhart, Indianapolis.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Jerry Yoder officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Wilmot.
Calling is one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
