SYRACUSE – Mary Elaine Frazier, 90, of Millersburg, died at 5:38 p.m. Thursday, March 7, 2019, at her residence.
She was born March 1, 1929, in Syracuse, to Lester O. and Clara Burson Sawyer. She was married on April 10, 1954, to Lawrence W. “Doc” Frazier, who survives.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m.
Burial will be in Syracuse Cemetery.
