Martha Jane Jones, 85, of Ossian, formerly of Warsaw, died Aug.10, 2013, at Heritage Park, Fort Wayne. She was born in New Castle on Dec. 6, 1927, to John and Ella Head Overman. She married Edward Reeves, who preceded her in death, and later George Jones, who also preceded her in death. She retired from GTI Corp., Leesburg. She is survived by three daughters: Rebecca (and spouse Gary) Rodeffer, Muncie; Marcia Jones, Ossian; and Margie (and spouse Bart) Hedington, Warsaw; one son, George Jr. (and spouse Millie) Jones, Battle Creek, Mich.; six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister and six brothers. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracuse, with the Rev. Jack Worth officiating.
