Martha Crookshank, Warsaw, died Oct. 13, 2025.
She was born Nov. 1, 1949, in Alliance, Ohio. She married James "Jim" Crookshank, who survives.
Friends and family are welcome to pay their respects at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, Saturday, Oct. 18 from noon to 2 p.m.
A Celebration of Life will take place in Alliance at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, make a donation in Martha's name to Kosciusko Area Bus Service (KABS) or Cancer Services of NE Indiana on North Pointe Drive, both in Warsaw.
