A man is facing charges after police allege he sent drunken sexually-related texts to a minor girl. Rodney Mock, 61, of 10 Henderson Drive, Warsaw, is charged with child solicitation of a minor. According to court documents, the teenager was staying over night at Mock’s house on new year’s eve. When the victim woke up Jan. 1, she found several texts from Mock, who asked her if “she wanted to have some fun with him” and asked her to lick his private parts. Later in the afternoon, Mock sent a text to the teen that said “sorry for what all I said last night. I was drunk, and I will go to jail for a long time what I said to you sorry,” according to charging documents. Police spoke with Mock who admitted he sent the messages to the teen. Mock was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail Monday afternoon and is out on bond.
