Mall

Editor, Times-Union:
I am an eleven year old, and I see money being spent in Fort Wayne when it should be spent in Warsaw. In my opinion Warsaw should get a mall.

First of all, if I go to the mall I usually eat, and that takes time. This means I would only get to go to about two stores. If there were a mall in Warsaw, I could go to about five stores.  I’d have more time to shop, and my family could take our time eating.

Furthermore, it takes about 45 minutes to get to Fort Wayne. With a mall in Warsaw, it would only take about five to 15 minutes to get to the mall. A mall in Warsaw would be more convenient for shoppers. Not only would it be good for Warsaw, but it would also be good for the towns around us.

In addition, people spend a lot of money on gas. That’s ridiculous. It takes a large amount of money to go to Fort Wayne. We would save a lot of money by getting a mall in Warsaw and we could spend that money on gas, groceries, and shopping.

There should be a mall in Warsaw because it would be more convenient for shoppers, it would save time, and most importantly, it would save a lot of money. If you would like to support my concern, you could send a letter to the city council, or you could talk to the mayor. Thank you for those of you that support my concern.
