ROCHESTER – Lucille “Lucy” M. Stacy, 85, Rochester, died at 8:20 p.m. March 3, 2016, at Woodlawn Hospital, Rochester. She was born Dec. 15, 1930, in Franklin Park, Ill., to Eufemio and Rafaela Garcia Satoyo. On March 15, 1968, in Chicago, she married Ervin A. Stacy. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 2 p.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Rochester, with Father Mike McKinney officiating.
