Longtime Announcer Landis Honored In Pregame CeremonyTippecanoe Valley baseball announcer Wayne Landis was recognized before the Vikings’ season-opening game against Warsaw Wednesday evening for his 19 years of service as a Valley public address announcer. Landis (seated) was recognized by Valley coach Justin Branock along with his wife Beth (behind Landis) and sons Zach (in uniform) and Jeremy. Landis also threw out the first pitch.
