Logansport Edges Lady Tigers In Gymnastics MeetThe Warsaw Lady Tigers gymnastics team finished second in a four-team event Wednesday night. Warsaw tallied 100 points, losing to Logansport, which earned a score of 102. Plymouth and Bremen finished third and fourth, respectively.
Remi Beckham finished tied for second in the all-around for the Lady Tigers. Beckham received first in the beam event, scoring an 8.800 to take the top spot. She scored an 8.800 in the bars, tying with Kyla Heckaman (Plymouth) for second place. In the vault, she tied for third in the event.
Daylen Turner ended the floor exercise in fourth and tied for fourth in the vault.
Megan Metzger had a fourth-place result in the bars. Anna Wainscott tallied fourth on the beam.
Emily Gunter received first place during the junior varsity floor exercise event for the Lady Tigers.
Warsaw competes at home against Lakeland on Tuesday. The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be senior night for the Lady Tigers.
