Due to looming inclement weather conditions, tonight’s First Friday musical performances will be moved to the Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church gym, 210 S. High St., from 5 to 9 p.m.
Attendees should enter on the west side of the church in the alley.
Performances by David Haney and United Methodist Church Praise Team will be located in stores to be determined by this afternoon.
Dancers from Astound and Debra Collier’s School of Dance also will perform in a venue to be determined.
All other activities such as food and retail vendors will remain downtown unless they cancel, according to coordinator Paula Bowman.
The theme for this month’s First Friday is “Musical May.” Musical performances will begin with the Warsaw Community High School Jazz Band from 5 to 6 p.m.; followed by Lakes Area Community Band from 6 to 7 p.m.; Lakeland Community Choir, Optimist Singers and Huntington Women’s choir from 7 to 8 p.m.; and Columbia St. Jazz from 8 to 9 p.m.
