Lizabeth "Libby" Marie York, 37, of 1342 Lexington Drive, Winona Lake, died at 5:04 p.m. April 29, 2008, in her residence.
She was born Dec. 31, 1970, in Minneapolis, Minn., to William H. and Susan M. Darland Haan, who survive in Claypool. On Oct. 15, 1994, she married Jeffery T. York, who survives.
Moving to Winona Lake from Salem, Ill., in 1993, she worked at Kingston Care Center, Fort Wayne. She attended Warsaw Community Church where she enjoyed helping out with the children. She graduated from Southwest Baptist University, Bolivar, Mo.
Also surviving are a sister, Amy Cornelius, Warsaw; a brother, Ben Haan, Warsaw; nieces and nephews, Lily and Coby Cornelious, Maddux Haan, Jennifer, Elizabeth and Michael Damron, Dawn Akley and Laycie and Makayla Allen. She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Warsaw Community Church with Pastor Denny Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Home, Warsaw.
