Speakers at the Kosciusko County Republican’s Annual Lincoln Day Dinner will include Pete Seat, former deputy assistant press secretary to President George W. Bush, and Kyle Hupfer, the new Indiana State Republican chairman. Hupfer is the keynote speaker and Seat, now the executive director of Strategic Communications and Talent Development, will provide special comments. The dinner begins with a social time at 5:30 p.m. April 27 at Vitale Events, 2517 E. Center St., Warsaw. Cost is $50 per person and there is a cash bar.
