The office of Sheriff should be filled with a competent person, who should realize the commitment that he or she makes to the people of this great county.

This position should not be treated as a wonderful part time job, but as a full time career based on the protection and unification of this county.

Strong management skills are a much-needed attribute to run this elected office of Sheriff. A strong understanding of how our police system works and great common sense will make a great healing and unification of our county.

Only then will our community actually feel safe.

I feel Kyle Dukes has all of the qualifications required to see this through.
