Lethey Opal Meadows, 74, of Warsaw, passed away at 6 a.m. July 3, 2012, in Life Care Center, Rochester.
She was born Sept. 2, 1937, in Buchanan County, Va., to Henry Clay and Alta Meda Stiltner Meadows.
She was a homemaker and Kosciusko County resident since 1966.
Surviving are four daughters: Jerlene (and spouse Rob) Franks, Akron; Nicole (and spouse Cole) Knight, Wabash; Janice (and spouse James) Bolling, Mentone; and Dolly (and spouse Darrell) Dingess, Royal Center; two sons, Dolinger (and spouse Abby) Daugherty, Warsaw, and Garland Daugherty, Mentone; three sisters: Sarah Meadows, Cleveland, Ohio; Evelyn Farmer, Warsaw; and Elsie Biesemeyer, Silver Lake; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Carnilous; an infant daughter, Jeanett; three brothers; and two sisters.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw, with Garland Daugherty officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Claypool.
