Leslie R. Whitesel, 79, Akron, died Sunday, Oct. 26, 2025, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
He was born March 2, 1946, the son of Russell and Ruth Alger Whitesel. On May 26, 1976, Les married Mary Rose Erholtz, who survives.
Les served his country in the United States Air Force from 1965 to 1969.
Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Warsaw, in entrusted with the care of Les. A graveside service will be Monday, Nov. 3 at 11 a.m. at Falls Cemetery, Wabash, with military honors service.
