Leesburg is a small town and over the years it has gotten smaller. No grocery store anymore, no hardware store, no jewelry store. A lot of businesses have closed and/or moved away!
Everyone used to mow their grass and keep up painting their home. Still, a lot of people have kept up their homes, like in Rowland Addition, where most if not all homes are cared for.
Places in town like Leesburg Automotive next to the town garage look like crap. Junk cars sitting around and not been moved in months or years. Junk trucks with no plates. I thought that was against state law. They should have to put up fence to hide junk!
