AKRON – Laura J. Todd, 51, of Rochester, died at 8:10 p.m. Aug. 3, 2011, in her residence.
She was born Sept. 15, 1959, in Chicago, Ill., to Lawrence and Dorothy Mucha Mitchell.
She and Denny Scholl worked together in the woodworking business for more than 33 years, restoring many antiques.
Surviving are her fiance, Denny Scholl, Rochester; a daughter, Jennifer Todd, Olympia, Wash.; her father, Lawrence (and spouse Sue) Mitchell, Rochester; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother and a sister.
Services will be at a later date.
Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron, is in charge of arrangements.
