NORTH MANCHESTER - Larry G. Lauer, 70, of Urbana, died at 9:26 a.m. March 31, 2007, in Wabash County Hospital.
He was born June 26, 1936, in Urbana, to Clarence D. and Flossie M. Showalter Lauer.
In June 1957, he married Joyce I. Smith, who died Feb. 15, 1982. On May 25, 1985, he married Amy L. Lutkenhause, who survives.
He was an associate member of Kosciusko County Cattleman's Association.
Also surviving are a son, Michael K. Lauer, North Manchester; three stepsons, including Peter M. Butterbaugh, North Manchester; a daughter; three stepdaughters; and 16 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Urbana, with Pastor Randy Myers officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawns Cemetery, Wabash.
Calling is from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at DeLaughter-McKee Mortuary, North Manchester.
