Staff Report-
Kosciusko Leadership Academy met at the Otis R. Bowen Center Jefferson Annex recently, where the class of 2016-17 discussed Myers Briggs personality preferences and leadership styles. KLA moderator Allyn Decker facilitated the discussion focused on helping cadets gain an understanding of their style of leadership and personality type. The session increased awareness of these key areas of team dynamics to assist the cadets in leveraging their strengths and weaknesses to improve teamwork in their groups for upcoming white paper projects. The next KLA session will be Oct. 11 at the Warsaw Police Department, where cadets will learn about city, county and state government. KLA is a not-for-profit organization devoted to serving Kosciusko County by encouraging leaders and future leaders to dream and create a better community through white paper projects, according to a press release from KLA.
