BREMEN — Behind a 37-point effort from senior KiLee Knafel, the Wawasee girls basketball posted a 53-37 win at Bremen Tuesday night. The win improves Wawasee to 10-9 on the year, as only Friday night’s game at Northridge remains on the regular season schedule. Along with Knafel’s 37 points, which included a 15-for-15 effort at the free-throw line, Wawasee freshman Kylee Rostochak had nine points. The Triton boys basketball team cruised to a 60-32 win at Argos Tuesday night. In the blowout, Triton was led by senior Clay Yeo’s 26 points, followed by junior Tanner Shepherd’s 16. The Trojans now have a rematch against Northern State Conference foe LaVille Saturday in Lakeville. The LaVille Lancers defeated Triton 50-48 on Jan. 18 in the semifinals of the TCU Bi-County Tournament in Lakeville.
