Kathleen Ann Townsend-Shafer, 67, Warsaw, died Aug. 12, 2025, at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne.
She was born Dec. 12, 1957, to John and Shirley Townsend. She married Eric Shafer, who survives.
A Life Celebration visitation will be Saturday, Aug. 16 from 1 to 3 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 3 p.m. with Pastor Tim Farley, of First Baptist Church of Mentone, at Titus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Warsaw. Friends and family are invited to gather to celebrate her life and share their memories.
