SYRACUSE – Judy Ann Henwood, 65, of Syracuse, died April 6, 2011, in Hospice Home, Fort Wayne. She was born Nov. 14, 1945, in Wabash, to Wilbur and Betty Shoemaker Ray. On Jan. 17, 1964, she married Leroy “Buck” Henwood, who survives. A lifetime area resident, she was a homemaker and retired from the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Syracuse and Warsaw. She was a member of North Webster American Legion Auxiliary. Also surviving are three daughters, Karry Henwood and Kathy (and spouse Dave) Caughlin, both of Syracuse, and Bobbi (and spouse Sean) Worboys, Peru; a son, Stephen (and spouse Kathleen) Henwood, Syracuse; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her mother, Betty (and spouse Robert) Bosolver, Wabash. She was preceded in death by her father and a granddaughter. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Leesburg Cemetery with Pastor Robert Wyman officiating.
