ROCHESTER – Josefina M. Rudd, 71, Rochester, passed away at 9:50 a.m. March 15, 2016, at her residence. She was born April 17, 1944, in Ormoc City, Philippines, the daughter of Eulialio and Espectacion Malinao Espinosa. On April 16, 1970, in the Philippines, she married Larry D. Rudd, who survives in Rochester. She retired from R.R. Donnelley, Warsaw. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, fishing, and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She will be remembered as a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. Also surviving are two daughters, Laura (and spouse) Donn Whitenight, Rochester, and Dina Rudd, Philippines; a son, Floro (and spouse Rita) Rudd, Lafayette; four grandchildren: Joe Jewell, Rochester; Teisha Rudd, Washington, D.C.; Cheyenne, Dakota and Cherokee Whitenight, all of Rochester; a great-grandson, Clark Jewell, Rochester, and another great-grandchild expected this fall; a sister, Felisa Agala, Philippines; a brother-in-law, Dennis Rudd, Tiosa; and a mother-in-law, Thelma Rudd, Rochester. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Josie Lynn Espinosa; three sisters: Sita Etulle, Alejandra Espinosa and Slawa Espinosa; a brother, Eulialio Espinosa Jr.; a father-in-law, James Rudd; a sister-in-law, Linda Rudd; and a brother-in-law, Roger Rudd. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, with the Rev. Jim Dillinger officiating.
