John H. Stamper, 57, Warsaw, died at 3:48 p.m. May 15, 2008, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was born Aug. 30, 1950, in Warsaw, to Troy and Alice M. Carmody Stamper.
A lifetime Warsaw, resident, he retired from Dana Corp. as a press operator. He was a member of Word of Truth Church, Milford.
Survivors include two sons, Dale and Christopher Lee Stamper, both of Warsaw; two sisters, Jeannine (and spouse Richard) Boyer, Warsaw, and Judy (and spouse Ron) Ketron, Florida; two brothers, Daniel (and spouse Linda) Stamper, Tampa, Fla., and Donald (and spouse Brenda) Stamper, Syracuse; and his former wife, Cindy Stamper, Warsaw. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son and a brother.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with the Revs. Bob Brown and Michael Kelly officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
